The Trail project gave food and craft producers the opportunity to attend a range of training events and major exhibitions across Europe. Thirty five different local producers were involved learning new skills and developing new market outlets.

We exhibited local products at the South of England Show, the World Ploughing Championships, and
SHOP the International Food Retailers Exhibition.

Our producers also attended a range of training courses to support the development of their business including merchandising, marketing and time management.
