Working with partners in Sweden and Estonia the Use your Loaf project developed traditional food culture, small scale processing and direct marketing of local and organic food in each of the partner regions.

A range of training activities, study tours and development work was carried out, including a visit to Estonians Baltic islands to study traditional preservation techniques, herbal tea, meat curing and baking experts running master classes in Dorset, the development of two producer collaborations and the opportunity to stay with Swedish producers to work alongside them learning their processing skills.
